Despatch Times

Goods are despatched within three working days of receiving cleared funds. If you are paying by cheque, please allow time for your cheque to arrive by post, and for your bank to clear the cheque. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order in full within this period, we will notify you by email or phone, and you will be entitled to a full or partial refund.

Delivery & Delivery Charges

Within the UK  we send out all goods within the UK by Royal Mail First Class Post or a reputable courier service. Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate of £1.95 per package for orders up to £25 in value.

Within the EU we send out all goods within the EU by Royal Mail Airmail or a reputable courier service. Postage and packing is charged at a variable rate according to weight, and this will be shown on the final screen before you make your purchase.

Rest of the World we send out all goods to the rest of the world by Royal Mail Airmail or a reputable courier service. Postage and packing is charged at a variable rate according to weight, and this will be shown on the final screen before you make your purchase.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit or debit card using either our secure online banking system, or giving details by phone, letter, fax or email, if you prefer. Payment can also be made by cheques drawn on a UK bank account. Orders purchased by cheque will be processed and sent out once the cheque has cleared. Payment can also be made by postal order or bank transfer.

UK residents pay the VAT inclusive price (currently 17.5%).

EU residents pay the VAT inclusive price (currently 17.5%).

Goods delivered outside the EU are sold exclusive of VAT (currently 17.5%). This price difference will be shown in the total on the final checkout screen.

Returns

We operate a 100% satisfaction guarantee. By law, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund up to and including seven working days after the receipt of goods. In addition to this statutory right, Health Reaction offers you the right to return your goods within 30 days of receipt.

Please contact Customer Services by telephone or email to request an authorization code to return your goods. Please give all details as shown on your invoice/packing note that accompanied your goods, so we can clearly identify you and your order.

Details we require are: your name, address, work and home contact telephone numbers, email address where applicable, and date of invoice and invoice number.

Please explain why you wish to return the goods.

Once we give you your authorization code, please return all goods to us together with the original invoice. If goods are unopened and unused, we will also provide a full refund of the value of your goods returned.

Refunds

Refunds are made by the same method of payment that you used to pay us: credit and debit card payments will be reimbursed to your account; payments by cheque, postal order or bank transfer will be refunded by cheque.

Overseas Orders

Please note that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Regretfully, owing to the regulations that apply, we are unable to accept orders for delivery to Norway.

Overseas Returns

For orders returned to us from overseas, i.e., undelivered to you, we will refund your payment less the shipping charge stated on your invoice. Should there be any damage to goods, we reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee of the total value of the goods.
